The doctors and staff at Kingston Medical Centre in Hull are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.
If you would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms and new patient questionnaire that are available from our reception desks or telephone the practice or bring in your medical card. You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.
New Telephone System
We are aware that there are some problems for patients trying to get through on our new phone system. We are working with our provider to find a swift solution and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve these issues. We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.
If you want to book a practice appointment in the evening or at weekends, you can do this through Access+. You can get an appointment with a GP, nurse, healthcare assistant or other health professional at one of three hubs in Hull. There's more information on the website www.accessplus.org.uk
